Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process
  3. Ship the item back to the provided address

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
